The AI Operating System

Your business, run for you.

You've got a team, and everything still routes through you. The proposals, the follow-ups, the status updates, the invoice chasing: the loop that grows with every client you win. The AIOS takes that loop. I build a full AI system around your business, then I run it for you, shipping a new automation every month until the worst time-eaters are gone. You approve things; you don't manage anything.

What changes

What does an AIOS actually take off your plate?

You don't need more AI tools. You need the proposals, the follow-ups, the status updates, and the invoice chasing to stop being your job.

Every engagement starts with a map of where your hours actually go. Then the automations get built one at a time, highest payoff first, until the repetitive work runs without you. You stay in the loop where it matters: approving, deciding, seeing everything in one morning brief.

Your total workload is a thumbs up or down and answering the odd question, about 30 minutes a week. You never write an SOP, either. Record yourself doing the task once and I extract the process from the recording. The documentation project you've been putting off for years stops being a prerequisite.

And it's managed. I watch it, maintain it, and improve it every month. When something needs a human, that human is me, not you.

A typical first quarter
  • The 7am scramble becomes one brief: numbers, priorities, what needs you.
  • Proposals, follow-ups, and status updates drafted before you ask.
  • Meeting notes captured, decisions logged, concerns flagged with replies ready.
  • The questions your team brings you all day, answered by a system that knows the business.
  • Your automations improved every month, aimed at wherever it still hurts, and a shortlist of what's worth adding next.
Pricing

How much does a managed AIOS cost?

Every tier keeps a real person in the room, two working sessions a month, with usage never metered. What changes is who does the building, and how fast new automations ship.

Advisor $1,497/month

We build your AI operating system together, two working sessions a month, in your own workspace, yours to keep.

  • 2 working build sessions a month, plus async support
  • Built together in your own Claude Code workspace, you learn it and own it
  • You build your own AI assistant, with our guidance
  • Graduation is the honest goal: the fee is temporary, the savings are permanent
Partner $4,997/month

We run the whole back office: unlimited builds, your fractional AI Operations Officer, special projects included.

  • Everything in Operator, with unlimited builds per month
  • Your fractional AI Operations Officer: quarterly operations audit, roadmap, and advice before you buy any software
  • Priority fixes and priority support: your requests go to the front of every queue
  • Special projects included: custom software beyond automations, at no extra charge

The math worth doing: if your time is worth $200 an hour, one automation that saves five hours a week is worth about $4,000 a month. Operator adds another every month. Want a faster pace? An extra build slot is +$500/month, and it stacks toward Partner. Never a static cap, always a rate.

How it starts

How does an engagement start?

You don't pick a tier from a pricing page. The path in is staged, and the risky step is on me.

If I can't deliver a working solution to the problem we scope, everything beyond the Assessment credit comes back. So the worst case is a partial refund, and the best case is that your first month is already paid for.

It starts with the free discovery call, then an optional Opportunity Assessment ($747, the AI Strategy Blueprint) if you want the wider map first. Either way, the Exploration is real scoping work, not a deposit: over one to two weeks I verify the connections to your tools actually exist, map the workflows against where your hours go, estimate what it'll cost to run, and deliver a roadmap in your branding showing exactly what gets built and what it's worth.

The roadmap is the proposal. Once you start, it becomes your live delivery tracker, the same document, now tracking the builds as they ship.

And you don't choose a tier up front. The roadmap prescribes one, so you're saying yes to a plan you can already see, not a menu.

The path in
  • Free discovery call. Where your time goes and where AI can have the biggest impact.
  • Opportunity Assessment, optional. $747, the AI Strategy Blueprint. Credits 100% toward the Exploration.
  • AI Exploration. One to two weeks of verification and scoping, $1,497 flat, or $750 more if you've already paid for the Assessment.
  • Your roadmap. What gets built, in what order, and what it's worth.
  • Pick the tier it prescribes. The full $1,497 is credited toward month one.

The First-30-Days Guarantee

Your base system is live within 14 days and your first automation within 30, or month one is refunded. Delivery speed is fully in my control, so I'm happy to put money on it.

The Rebuild Guarantee

Every automation ships with a target we set together before we start. If it's not hitting that target in real use, I rebuild it, as many times as it takes, at no extra cost. I'd rather promise you infinite effort than a refund: a refund gives you your money back, a rebuild gives you your time back.

Both guarantees hold as long as you do your part: record the task once, provide access, and give feedback within a week of each build.

Is this you?

Is an AIOS right for your business?

  • You have a team, and somehow everything still routes through you.
  • The proposals, status updates, and invoice chasing land on your desk because nobody else writes them the way the client expects.
  • You're paying for a VA, an agency, and a stack of tools, and you're still the one holding it all together.
  • You keep hearing what AI can do and you're quietly worried the firms you compete with are further along than you.
  • You want the day-to-day handled without managing another system or making another hire.

If that's you, the discovery call is the next step. If you'd rather own the skills and build it yourself, tutoring is the honest recommendation instead.

Proof

Does it actually work?

Three client systems in three unrelated businesses, plus my own. AI adapts to the business, not the other way around, and these four have nothing in common except that they run.

The book publisher

Every book launch used to cost her a full day of Amazon admin and monitoring. Her system watches Amazon for her now, and that day comes back every launch month.

The branding strategist

Loaded her own brand strategy into her system. Her marketing now runs on it: pages, sequences, and posts in her voice, without re-teaching AI who she is every morning.

The consultant

Used her system to launch the business itself. The research that found her first clients came out of it, and the ongoing client work runs through it.

Client system

The branding strategist, in her own words.

Melissa Henry used Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity daily and still felt AI was more work than it was worth: every conversation started with re-teaching it her brand, her voice, and what they'd already discussed. We built her an AIOS instead. What changed:

  • Her client pipeline updates and maintains itself from a short command.
  • It's connected to her email: reading, attachments, and drafts handled in the flow of work.
  • Every meeting transcript is captured automatically and searchable, so no client thread gets lost.
  • Registration pages, email sequences, and social posts come out in her voice, without the re-teaching.

"When I'm sitting with a hard decision I have what I can only describe as a full strategic brain on standby that knows my goals, my mission, my vision, my voice and what's happening in the moment. It's helped me do more in less time."

My own system

Systems Success Pro runs on the same AIOS I sell.

Everything on this site is powered by the system I built for my own company, live and in public. As of August 2026, on a normal weekday it runs without me:

  • A morning brief at 7am: my numbers, my meetings, and what actually needs me today.
  • 20 targeted LinkedIn connection requests, researched, filtered, and sent automatically.
  • Every metric that matters (YouTube, email list, outreach, revenue inputs) collected into one database, daily.
  • A weekly newsletter that goes out as a blog post, an email broadcast, a Substack issue, and LinkedIn content from one writing session.

That's not a demo environment. It's the business you're reading about right now, and on the discovery call I'll happily show you any of it running.

Quick answers

The questions founders ask before saying yes.

An AI Operating System is an intelligence layer wrapped around your entire business. It gives your AI deep context about how you work, connects to your data in real time, turns your meetings and messages into a single daily brief, automates the recurring tasks that eat your week, and lets you build custom tools when off-the-shelf ones don't exist. Think of it as the operating system your business runs on, working while you don't.

No. The whole system is designed to be operated in plain English, not code. If you can describe what you need, the AI handles it. Jonathan works with founders who have never written a line of code, and they use their AIOS every day without thinking about it technically.

The monthly tiers start at $1,497 and the path in is staged so you're never guessing. It starts with a free discovery call. If you want the wider map first, the Opportunity Assessment is $747, and it credits 100% toward the next step. Before any build, there's a $1,497 AI Exploration: one to two weeks verifying everything will work, ending in a roadmap of exactly what your AIOS will do. It's credited in full toward your first month (on the entry tier that covers the whole month) and, beyond what you've already paid for the Assessment, refunded if I find a showstopper.

The AI Exploration runs one to two weeks (verifying tool access, data, and integrations, and producing your roadmap). Then the build: the base system, your business context, live numbers, and AI assistant, is working within around two weeks, with the first automations following per the roadmap. From first call to a running system is typically about a month.

Two. Your base system is live within 14 days and your first automation within 30, or month one is refunded. And every automation ships with a target we set together before we start: if it's not hitting that target in real use, I rebuild it as many times as it takes at no extra cost. Both hold as long as you do your part, which means recording the task once, providing access, and giving feedback within a week of each build.
